To the several people that bought books at this year’s Toronto Small Press Book fair, thank you very much. It was a great opportunity to tell people about my project and I am so thankful that it happened.
To the people that said they might buy it online, I’ve recently updated the store to reflect the book-fair pricing, and have included a SUBSCRIPTION to Blank State. The volumes will be released every four months until all 8 volumes are finished. Buy all 8 volumes for 70 bucks now and save 10 dollars, shipping included. They will be mailed the second they’re printed, and subscription will also qualify you for mailing list status and a host of neat stickers that are to be made at the end of December. (Send me an email if you already own Blank State volume Zero and I’ll deduct 8 dollars off of your subscription cost and refund you via paypal.)
Also in the store: Pearls Before Swine Flu / This is Plague City, the awesome split zine that really turned out to be a hit at the fair. Check it out and I’ll mail it to you!
Thanks for all the support, and check out the writeup of the Small Press Fair in blogTO which features a very pensive and big-eared picture of me right here.
More fun stuff coming soon, promise.
Get them while they are hot!
100 copies of “Pearls Before Swine Flu / This is Plague City,” a split zine with Sarah Pinder (the extremely talented founder of bits of string press) have just been cut n dried from the copy centre and are ready for mass consumption.
they deal with love and loss, beer and pandemic, and they’re only 2 bucks, made specially for the Toronto Small Press Book Fair, this Saturday at the Gladstone Hotel!
See you there!
I’ll have em up in the store section as soon as possible… in the meantime, shoot 2 bucks via paypal to sales @ woodenrocketpress . com, and I’ll mail it right on over!sale, WRP News
